HOW TO MEASURE THE CHEST
Standing straight, place the tape around fullest part of the chest, over bottom part of back shoulder blade. The tape should slide around the body.
HOW TO MEASURE THE ARM LENGTH
A. From center back neck
B. Straight to shoulder
C. Straight to elbow
D. Up to wrist
HOW TO MEASURE THE NECK
Measure around the lower part of the neck, placing one finger between tape measure and neck.
