CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Machine Wash Cold: Use a gentle cycle with cold water (maximum 30°C / 86°F).

  • Use Mild Detergent: Avoid fabric softeners, bleach, or detergents with brighteners or harsh chemicals—they can break down the DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating.

  • Do Not Dry Clean: The solvents used in dry cleaning can damage the soft shell’s laminated layers.

  • Air Dry Preferred: Hang or lay flat to dry in a shaded area.

  • Tumble Dry Low (Optional): If needed, use a low heat setting. Tumble drying for 10–15 minutes can help reactivate the DWR coating—but never use high heat.

  • No Bleach or Fabric Softeners: They clog the fabric’s pores and reduce breathability.

  • No Ironing Directly: If ironing is necessary, use a low temperature and place a cloth between the iron and fabric.
